Ellipse
The ellipse() method is used to create an ellipse.

| cx | The x coordinate of the center of the ellipse. |
| cy | The y coordinate of the center of the ellipse. |
| rx | The x radius of the ellipse. |
| ry | The y radius of the ellipse. |
